Dr. Junaidi joined the faculty at Saint Louis University in 2011.

He had previously been on faculty as an Internal Medicine Chief Resident in 2006-07.

Prior to clinical training he was a research fellow at the Division of Gastroenterology, Beth Israel Deaconess
Medical Center, Harvard University, Boston, MA from 2001-2003.

His clinical and research focus is on hepatology, including treatment of
viral hepatitis, auto-immune liver disorders, care of patients with
liver cirrhosis, liver cancer and transplant hepatology.

He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American
Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.
