PGY-1 Salary: $50,008 (2013-2014)

Vacation: PGY I & II:  3 weeks, PGY III: 4 weeks

Holidays: 5 days at Christmas or New Years

Sick Leave: 30 days per year

Maternity/Paternity: 30 days/14 days (after one year of residency)

Malpractice: Residents are fully insured while on duty

Book Bonus:
$200.00/year, ACP membership in the first year, and MKSAP in the second or third year

Travel:
Support for Internal Medicine meetings to present original data.

Computers/technology:
Computers available in call rooms, the residents lounge and all team rooms.

Education Tools:
Harrison’s Online, Journals Online, MKSAP, MedStudy and access to the Medical Center Library.

New Innovations© & On-Call Schedule:
Web-based tracking of calendar, evaluations, rotations, duty hours case/procedure logs, CV, demographics, call schedule.
