Wellness
A graduate medical trainee's own health and well-being should always come first. SSM Health and Saint Louis University's School of Medicine prioritize wellness by providing resources that promote mental health, fight burnout and ensure work-life balance.
Behavioral Health Program
The Behavioral Health Program provides confidential, professional behavioral health services at no out-of-pocket cost. Trainees can receive consultations to maintain or improve mental wellness, or to address any problem causing distress.
